Los Angeles, California – Smart City technology leader, LocoMobi World, announces that it will be implementing its intelligent Vehicle Tracking as part of CondoPark. CondoPark will go live soon at Wilshire Marquis which was built in 1978, and offers sunny residences with spectacular views over Little Holmby and the foothills of Bel Air, or south along the Wilshire Corridor skyline to the city lights beyond. This 19 story building is home to 128 units featuring one and two bedroom floor plans from 1000 to 1600 ft. within minutes to dozens of world-class shops, boutiques and fine dining, the residents at the Wilshire Marquis are encased in the lap of luxury not only inside their units but within the neighborhood and the location itself.
The LocoMobi World system uses a group of License Plate Computer Vision cameras to track cars in the overhead gate area, in the path to the parking area, and for cars waiting to exit from the parking area. The key highlights for this locations are the Added Awareness – detecting, identifying, and alerting of unauthorized vehicles/trespassers (tailgating), Exit Tracking/Auditing and Visitor Management.

CondoPark is controlled by LocoMobi World’s WorldStream Cloud Portal powered by LPR Express, which provides automated entry to the parking garage for tenants and registered guests by reading license plates. Tenants are able to login remotely to invite guests to secure or reserve their parking, providing a seamless experience. With the highest read rate in the industry at 99.9% accuracy, the LPR system eliminates trespassers through access key sharing – no fobs, keys, or cards to be passed around or cloned.
